Wall insulation
Fill open wall cavities edge to edge and stop drafts before the drywall goes up.
Close the gaps inside open walls
Batts can leave small gaps around studs, wiring and pipes. In a new build, addition or gut renovation, those openings become paths for drafts and make rooms harder to keep at an even temperature.
We use open-cell spray foam in most above-grade wall cavities. It expands around services and framing, fills the cavity from stud to stud and is trimmed flush before the wall is finished.
