An unsealed crawl space can bring cold air and dampness beneath the floor. That often means colder rooms above and more temperature swings through the house.
We use closed-cell spray foam on crawl-space foundation walls and other suitable surfaces. It creates a continuous air seal, resists water and helps separate the house from the conditions below it.
